At dusk, in an unknown location, three figures gather around a campfire, brought together by fate. Hailing from distant destinies, they share their stories.

One has lived in darkness, lost amidst rocks, minerals, and echoes. Frequently challenged by a perpetual shadow that became their companion, oppressed by the omnipresence of invisible walls.
Another has journeyed through infinity and void, traversing the realm of nothingness, encountering rare glimpses of light and matter. Pushing the physical boundaries of their existence, they seek to decipher the meaning of life through science, employing their solitude as a vessel for discovery.
The third is an ancient being, nurtured by wilderness and myths. They are intertwined with the living, grounded in its power, and blossoming through their leaves. They perceive wisdom as an inherent truth, woven into their surroundings—a presence that is accessible through attentive observation.

Brimming with wisdom, hopes, and fears, these figures will transcend their individualities, joining their collective experiences to embark upon an indescribable mystery.

Humans are gathering to express their playful and eccentric nature through a spectacular ceremony taking place in an ethereal and fantastic location. At first, they feel unsettled as they are thrown into an unstructured world where anything is possible. But as the night progresses, they begin to feel more comfortable and play with their newfound freedom.

Throughout the ceremony, masks are destroyed and created, revealing hidden connections and new possibilities. Participants learn to break free from their constraints and embrace their wild, animalistic side. 

As the night progresses, they realize the significance of their gathering and the impact it will have on their future. This gathering will be the starting point of a fundamental shift that will change the destiny of their species.

‘Asylum’ is Ekahö debut EP on ChronoZone Records, drawing its inspiration from current events as we are all going through difficult and dark times.
Through these tracks, they are exploring the journey one must embark on when dealing with its own demons and the constant struggle to keep its sanity.

The second ChronoZone Records VA has landed! Following on the exploration of the submarine world with ‘The Seabed's Crying’, let’s now fly over a land anchored to the Indian Ocean: The Reunion Island.
In the 17th century, a “brown” slave named Anchaing, was suffering from his miserable treatment. Everyday felt the same and Anchaing was dreaming of freedom. He was in love with Héva, also aspiring to be set free. One day, Anchaing and Héva defied the colonial empire and fled to the Salazie cirque mountains.
The colonial empire would not let this affront go unpunished, and sent a hunter to find the fleeing couple. Anchaing and Héva were living a peaceful and simple life, protected by ancient, million years old, walls. Unfortunately, Salazie didn’t save the couple from their destiny.
One day, the hunter was pointing his gun at Anchaing. Anchaing however had no intention to fall under the hunter’s firearm so he lured him at the peak of a volcano where he used to admire the country’s beauty.
Once he reached the culminating point, Anchaing jumped off and claimed his freedom. The legend says that he turned into a Papang “The Legends Bird'', leaving behind its chains and a feather.
‘Papang Feather’ tells the stories of The Reunion Island’s folklore. Through a Groovy and Forest compilation, our artists will take you on a musical journey inspired by the land’s mysticism.

This sacred birthplace is a wonderful and diverse environment inhabited by all sorts of creatures from all sizes and shapes. This beautiful ecosystem is now under threat from human activity. 
‘Seabed’s Crying’, through music as a language, is celebrating the underwater world and its unique biodiversity. Dive into our immense, yet fragile, ocean by listening to each story carefully crafted by our artists.

The earth’s animal reign was born in the ocean depths. At an age where our planet's surface was too extreme to welcome any form of life, massive volumes of water allowed the first know lifeforms to arise.

This sacred birthplace is a wonderful diverse world, that welcomes creatures from all sizes and shapes. Its immensity can inspire humility, wonder, and sometimes terror. Imagine being suspended in this massive space, surrounded by unknown species letting you know their presence by the singular sounds they produce.

Despite its inability to survive in these conditions, our species is destroying this world and its diversity. Using their music as their language, some artists painted a tribute to the threatened diversity of this underwater universe. May you feel its immensity and vulnerability by exploring these pieces of experience.
